    Local Pickup (Los Angeles only) :

    For pickup Engine, transmission and other heavy staff we also provide local pickup. Due PayPal Shipping policy (PayPal doesn’t accept local pickups) the buyer can’t pay for part(s) with PayPal for local pickup. Galaxy doesn’t offer any shipping and freight option on “Cars for Sale”. Car buyer is responsible to pick up or ship or tow his vehicle on his own risk and expense.

    Follow Up Shipping:

    After print the shipping label, Galaxy's going to update shipping information and reduce quantity for the outgoing product(s) from the inventory. Customer will receive an email from the website containing Tracking Number. Customers who are registered in Galaxyusedautoparts.com are able to follow up their orders and see the Tracking numbers. It is so important that Customers should check their mailbox for email. if there isn't any email from Galaxy, please check the "Spam Box" and if so remove Galaxy from the Spam. So that we can inform any changes of order status.
    ***Shipping is not Refundable. So if for any reason the shipping company couldn't deliver it, the item will send it back to us after maximum 30 days without shipping refund. "Please be responsible for Package picking up. Galaxy will not refund Non Deliverable or Not delivered return’s shipping costs." ***

    Return Policy

    We won’t refund or provide payment or reimbursement for Loss of time, income, sales or profits, loss of use of the vehicle, lift, dock, storage fees, Diagnostic time, service calls, labor Replacement of any fluids or other substances, tune-ups or replacement of belts, hoses or maintenance items, towing charges, vehicle rental, substitute transportation, lodging, or communication expenses. Buyer is Responsible for any self-mistake by him/herself if the customer doesn’t need any more or order without knowledge about what ordered OR if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from delivery day subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

    In order to accept a return, all returned parts sold by Galaxy must have an engraved nor stickered hologram marked “Galaxy”, don’t lose or damage those.

    Galaxy Used Auto Parts, Inc. provides this 30-day limited warranty on parts only.

    *** Galaxy Used Auto Parts, Inc. warrants to the original end-user purchaser (" Customer”) that the product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as stated on customer’s invoice from the date of purchase. In accordance with terms and exceptions of this limited warranty, Galaxy Used Auto Parts, Inc. will either repair or replace any product, which is shown to be defective. ***
    Defective product Returns: Replacement will be replaced with the same product as the original unit. Broken or missed items will be shown the same or next day after receive, so don’t complain after 2 days about its broken or missed. Bring a proof of carrier fault to us after that. A restocking fee (25%) and The shipping costs Galaxy paid to the carrier may apply, to return credit - it does not defect and it's in working condition so Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
    Also returned merchandise, may apply (25%) restocking fee to not delivered merchandise (Wrong Address, Wrong Person, Didn’t Sign, Notice Left, Moved Address and all other excuses.)
    Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
    To obtain service under this limited warranty, Customer needs the following information ready when a customer calls our customer service: Name or Company Name, Invoice Number, Make and Model Number of the vehicle and part, and nature of the problem. The customer is responsible for all insurance, risks, and costs associated with shipping the product to Galaxy Used Auto Parts, Inc. Galaxy Used Auto Parts, Inc.
    Warranty does not cover any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or humidity, or improper electrical power or installation of components or other maintenance by an unauthorized.
    *** There are no expressed and implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use) except as set forth herein. Galaxy used auto parts, Inc. will not pay for any loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product or its failure to work, or any other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. ***

    Exchange: Place your item back into the packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won't get damaged. Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. we recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.to exchange something it should be met the acceptable top written conditions.
