Shipping PolicyRegular Shipping: Galaxy will prepare and ship out items within 2 business days. If Purchased after 11:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday it won’t be shipped until Monday or Tuesday.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping: Overnight and 2-day shipping is available for most small and medium-sized packages for additional charges. The specific shipping options will be displayed at checkout after customer enter a shipping address. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded. All orders must be received before 10:00 am Pacific Time (13:00 PM Eastern Time) Mondays to Fridays. No Overnight or 2-Day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If a customer places an order by Overnight or 2-Day delivery on a weekend or holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.
Follow Up Shipping: After making shipping label, Galaxy's going to update shipping information and reduce quantity for the outgoing product(s) from inventory.
Then the customer will receive an email from a website containing Tracking Number of merchandise, also customers who registered in Galaxyusedautoparts.com can follow up their orders and see the Tracking numbers over there.
This is so important that Customers should check the mailbox after 1 business day - if there isn't any email from us please check "Spam Box" and remove us from junk mail, so we can inform any changes of purchase status.
*** Customer pays for shipping to Galaxy and Galaxy pays to shipping-companies but can't refund for used labels. So if for any reason the shipping company couldn't deliver it, the item will send back to us after maximum 30 days without shipping refund. "Please be responsible for merchandise picking up. Galaxy can not refund already shipped, shipping costs." ***
Return PolicyBuyer is Responsible for any self-mistake by him/herself if the customer doesn’t need anymore or order without knowledge about what ordered OR if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days from delivery subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
Don't Try to Remove the Hologram Label Sticker from Parts.*** Galaxy Used Auto Parts, Inc. warrants to the original end-user purchaser (" Customer”) that the product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as stated on customer’s invoice from the date of purchase. In accordance with terms and exceptions of this limited warranty, Galaxy Used Auto Parts, Inc. will either repair or replace any product, which is shown to be defective. ***
Galaxy Used Auto Parts, Inc. provides this 30-day limited warranty on parts only.
Defective product Returns: Replacement will be replaced with the same product as the original unit. Galaxy will accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 7 days of the date that the item is DELIVERED. Galaxy will Ship a replacement product, exchange or may repair the item and return it to customer or Galaxy may issue a credit. ALL miscellaneous materials, such as manuals, accessories, and other peripherals, must be included. If any of these materials are missing, the RMA will not be processed until these items are obtained.
Broken or missed item(s) will have been shown the same delivery or next day after receive, so don’t complain after 2 days about its broken or missed. Bring a proof of carrier fault to us after that.
Non-Defective Returns: Buyer Responsible for any self-mistake by him/herself, if he/she doesn't need any more or order without knowledge about what he/she orders-it can return item(s) within 7 days from delivery.A restocking fee (25%) and The shipping costs Galaxy paid to the carrier may apply, to return credit - it does not defect and it's in working condition so Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Warranty does not cover any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or humidity, or improper electrical power or installation of components or other maintenance by an unauthorized.

Exchange: Place your item back into the packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won't get damaged.Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. we recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.to exchange something it should be met the acceptable top written conditions.
